Do I need to already be fit to join?

Nope! Most of our members started just like you. We assess each new member's fitness level, and our workouts are universally scaled — there's a version of every workout for every level. As you progress, you can take on more challenging variations.

Do you provide guidance on nutrition and recovery?

Yes! We provide guidance on eating right and sleeping well to help maximize your energy and get you the most from your training. We also offer dedicated Nutrition Coaching.

How many days per week should I attend to see results?

Your fitness will improve quickly, usually within the first 30 days. Consistency is key, so we recommend starting with 3 classes per week with recovery days in between, then working up toward 5 days per week over the following months if you want to maximize results.

What should I expect in a class?

Varied, challenging, and fun programming that's published in advance. Some days focus on strength — barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and Olympic lifts. Others focus on conditioning with rowers and bikes, or body-weight movements like push-ups and pull-ups. Every class is 60 minutes and led by a qualified coach, starting with a warm-up and a workout briefing and finishing with a cool-down.
